Sling Bar is located at the top of the spiral staircase of The Plantation Grill, is our Sling Bar – open until 11pm. Guests can sit at the bar or seat themselves in a number of cozy hideaway spots. Groups wanting privacy can even enjoy the ‘Boudoir’ – only accessible through a secret door.
